| 2001 | (1) Secured a project for the supply and installation of dimension stone products for the carving panel on the door architrave of the Prime Minister’s Office at Putrajaya. (2) Set up a granite gangsaw factory block to cut granite blocks into slabs. |

| 2006 | (1) Hock Heng Stone (East Coast) Sdn Bhd started its operations to penetrate the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia, especially in Pahang, Kelantan, and Terengganu. Both Hock Heng Granite Sdn Bhd and PMK Construction & Design Sdn Bhd were awarded the accreditation for ISO 9001 Quality Management System. (2) Completed the acquisition of leasehold land in Pekan Subang Baru, Selangor for the purpose of setting up a sales office cum showroom and secondary processing plant with warehouse for Hock Heng Marketing (KL) Sdn Bhd. |

(2) Construction of a factory for sales office cum showroom and secondary processing plant in Pekan Baru Subang, Selangor for Hock Heng Marketing (KL) Sdn Bhd. |
